Nottingham Forest will be without on-loan left-back Nicky Shorey for tonight's home game against QPR.

The left-back received a straight red after bringing down Reading's Jimmy Kebe earlier this month and will serve his one match ban tonight.

James Perch is set to deputise for the twice-capped England International after previously standing in during Forest's cup ties.

Forest are currently sitting second in the Championship and will go joint top with Newcastle if they prevail tonight.
