Paul McKenna says the Nottingham Forest players are confident of bouncing back from defeat to Derby and starting a new unbeaten run.
The Forest players saw their 19-game unbeaten ended by their local rivals as their promotion push suffered its first set back since their 1-0 defeat to Blackpool in September.
McKenna has now stated that the Forest players are hungry to start a new unbeaten run, beginning with Saturday's home game against Sheffield Wednesday.
"We are still confident and it is nice to be able to run out on a Saturday and have that belief and confidence in your team mates," McKenna told the Evening Post.
"We have that at the minute.
"We are not allowing ourselves to get caught up in the hype. We are going to keep our feet firmly on the ground."
