Notts County have extended Jack Grealish's loan spell from Aston Villa until the end of the season.
Grealish has impressed since joining the Magpies in mid-September with rival Sky Bet League One clubs, including promotion-chasing Peterborough, and Championship sides looking to prise the teenage winger away from Meadow Lane this month.
The 18-year-old's initial deal was set to expire on January 13 but he will now stay part of Shaun Derry's squad as they continue their battle against relegation.
"Happy to say I've signed on loan with Notts County until the end of the season," Grealish revealed via Twitter.
"I thank a few other League 1 and Championship clubs for the interest but I feel at the moment Notts County is the best place for my development. Hopefully we can kick on now and get up that table."
Grealish has made 18 appearances in all competitions for the Magpies, scoring three goals - the last of which came in a 3-0 home league win over Bradford on New Year's Day.
