Notts county defender Jake Wholey has joined non-league side Ilkeston on loan until March.

Wholey, 19, has been told to gain some first-team experience having made just two substitute appearances for the Magpies this season.

He becomes the third Notts player to spend time with the Robins this season with Greg Tempest and Curtis Thompson's already having enjoyed spells there.
