Andreas Kotelnik's tooth infection is "completely solved" and he will be fit to fight Amir Khan on July 18, according to his coach.

The Ukrainian was forced to scrap the original WBA light-welterweight title showdown against Bolton fighter Khan at London's O2 Arena because of the problem

Reports had suggested Kotelnik had pulled out for a second time but his camp have angrily countered speculation that Khan will again have to wait and insist their man will be ready for the rearranged date at the MEN Arena.

Kotelnik's coach, Michael Timm, told frankwarren.tv: "These rumours are totally false and without any background."

He added: "The opposite is the truth. Andreas Kotelnik will restart his phase of sparring on Monday. He's top fit and his dental problems are completely solved."
