Peterborough have completed the signing of Hereford United midfielder Toumani Diagouraga on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Director of football Barry Fry this week saw a bid accepted for the 22-year-old and personal terms have now been thrashed out.
"Toumani is a holding midfielder who breaks up play, but he is also a good passer of the ball," Fry told the Evening Telegraph.
"We tried to sign him last summer but as Hereford were promoted with us he stayed with them."
Diagouraga told Posh's website: "I am pleased to be back in the Championship again, I was at Watford at this level and it has been good for me to play in League Two and League One, it was a learning curve."
