Peterborough midfielder Tommy Rowe says he is relishing the prospect of linking up with new boss Jim Gannon again.
Gannon was named Posh's third manager of the season after Mark Cooper was sacked on Monday after only 13 games and Rowe admits that he owes a lot to the man who gave him his first real break in football.
Rowe was previously with the former Motherwell boss at Stockport County - where the Irishman took the club from the bottom of the football league to the top of League One in just three seasons.
"He is very good with young players, he helps them to progress, he gave me a chance and I know a lot of other players that will say the same," Rowe said.
"I'm sure he will come in and try and get his philosophy across and as players it is up to us to take that on board and go out there and express ourselves."
