Port Vale have an injury doubt over defender Colin Miles ahead of the game against Bristol City at Ashton Gate.

The left back has been struggling with a calf injury, but he has returned to training and should be fit to play in the game.

There are further concerns over Jason Talbot who has a rib injury. Talbot has returned to training but is unlikely to feature.

Meanwhile, Bristol City striker Enoch Showunmi is available after a groin injury, but Steve Brooker may keep his place.

Richard Keogh is set to return from illness but Liam Fontaine will miss out once more with the foot injury he suffered against Cheltenham.
