Portsmouth defender Sylvain Distin claims winning the FA Cup might only paper over the cracks at Fratton Park.
Harry Redknapp's side limped over the line in the Premier League this season with four straight defeats seeing them end up in eighth place and Distin is not happy about it.
"It is strange as it is a good mood at training," Distin told Setanta. "Everybody is happy to come here and work, but during the games we have not been playing well.
"Personally I feel like we don't fight enough and I am not happy about it.
"It is Harry's (Redknapp) job, I have got my point of view, it is hard to talk about it for the whole squad, but as I say personally I don't think we work hard enough and if you don't work hard enough you can't win games."
Pompey face Cardiff at Wembley on Saturday knowing a win will take them into next season's Uefa Cup.
