Assistant boss Flowers and manager Iain Dowie caused an upset last season when they steered their former club Coventry to a shock win at Old Trafford against Manchester United - and the Loftus Road number two is eyeing a repeat in this year's competition.
"I'd like a home draw so our fans can see us play," Flowers said.
"But more than that, I want a big club.
"Coventry beat United last year, then played West Ham. We had a good cup run and generated a hell of a lot of money at the same time."
