Harry Redknapp has admitted he may find it difficult to remove a crop of unwanted players from QPR this summer.
Redknapp criticised some of his squad after the season ended in relegation and he is looking to move certain players on who have a poor attitude.
Redknapp admits that will not be easy as many of them are on long and lucrative contracts at Loftus Road and will not be forced to move on if they do not find a similar contract elsewhere.
"I need a group who are pleased to play football, want to learn and take a bit of pride in what they do," he said.
"You have people like Clint Hill and Shaun Derry who give everything. There is a good group, Rob Green is not a problem. There is a little group I need to shift and get some new blood in.
"It ain't going to be easy to shift players. You can always shift the good players people want. It is going to be a difficult one."
