QPR are the pre-season favourites for promotion from the Championship in 2013-14 with Celtic's Gary Hooper set to boost their ranks.
The R's were relegated from the top flight last term after a dire campaign. Harry Redknapp, who replaced Mark Hughes in the Loftus Road hotseat just before Christmas, could not alter the club's form after a terrible start under the former Wales international.
Redknapp has said several times he needs to sign some top players with real character to help the Londoners bounce straight back up to the Premier League and he has already landed experienced centre-back Richard Dunne ahead of the new season.
He is also leading the chase for Celtic forward Hooper, who has previously attracted the attention of Norwich, Southampton and Fulham this summer.
If Hooper, as is expected, does make the move to west London then the R's look well equipped to mount a sustained promotion bid, although the likes of Julio Cesar, Adel Taraabt and Loic Remy are all tipped to move on as the club rebuilds under the former Spurs boss.
After some astute summer arrivals, punters will no doubt be keen to use their free bet to back Rangers to bounce back immediately, especially with Redknapp staying on to try and erase the memory of last term.
