Midfielder buzzing after successful comeback

QPRAkos Buzsaky is on target to make a comeback against Southampton on September 14 after making a successful return from injury.

The Rangers midfield star has been forced to miss the first month of the season with an ankle injury that required surgery during the summer.

But the Hungarian successfully came through a 45-minute run-out for the reserves against Charlton on Tuesday night without suffering any adverse reaction and is now in line to make his first appearance of the season against Southampton providing there are no further setbacks.

Buzsaky said: "I could be match fit by then. We have a lot of good players here now and if I were on the bench against Southampton I'd be delighted.

"It feels great to be back. It's two weeks since I started full training and by the Southampton game it will be four weeks, so I am getting there. If there is a good time to be injured I think it is at the start of the season. Now I am looking forward to playing."
