Morrison may be QPR-bound

West Ham could allow midfielder Ravel Morrison to join Sky Bet Championship side QPR on loan, Press Association Sport understands.

Although the transfer window for Barclays Premier League clubs is now closed, temporary deals can still be done in the lower divisions.

England Under-21 international Morrison has not featured for Sam Allardyce's side since the 3-0 home defeat by Manchester City in the Capital One Cup semi-finals on January 21 following a recent groin injury.

QPR are keen on the former Manchester United trainee - who had been linked with a switch to Fulham during the transfer window - as manager Harry Redknapp looks to push for automatic promotion, and it is understood talks have taken place over the possibility of a short-term move.
