Championship leaders Newcastle have swooped to sign QPR defender Fitz Hall on loan until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old, who is nicknamed 'One Size', has been snapped up by Magpies boss Chris Hughton to strengthen his defensive options for the second half of the season as he looks to secure the club an instant return to the Premier League.
Hall's arrival comes with Steven Taylor facing up to two months on the sidelines with medial ligament damage, while Jose Enrique and Danny Simpson are also injured.
