Duo out for Royals

Reading have doubts over midfielders Jimmy Kebe and Mikele Leigertwood ahead of this evening's FA Cup clash with Manchester United.

The duo are struggling with unspecified knocks and with crucial Premier League games on the horizon boss Brian McDermott is unlikely to take any chances on the duo.

There is better news for the Royals as forwards Adam Le Fondre and Noel Hunt are back in contention after coming off the bench in last week's Barclays Premier League defeat at Stoke.

Striker Jason Roberts and goalkeeper Alex McCarthy continue their rehabilitation from hip and shoulder injuries respectively and will miss out as Reading look to pull off a shock win and set up a quarter-final date with either Middlesbrough or Chelsea.
