Uncapped Leeds winger Ryan Hall, Wigan half-back Sam Tomkins and Huddersfield hooker Scott Moore have been named in the England squad.
Coach Tony Smith named the trio in his 19-man squad for an international against France in Paris on June 13 and they could all make their debuts in the match.
Hall secured his spot after an excellent start to the Super League season in which he is joint top try-scorer with 13, Tomkins has impressed after forcing his way into the Wigan team, while Moore - on loan from St Helens - is joined in the squad by Huddersfield team-mate Eorl Crabtree.
Smith said: "This is a squad featuring a lot of new and exciting faces as well as seasoned campaigners.
"It's a team that is full of speed and skill and people who can score tries."
Smith has named just six players in the squad from last November's dismal World Cup showing in which England lost out to New Zealand in the semi-finals. They are James Graham, Danny McGuire, Adrian Morley, Jamie Peacock, James Roby and Ben Westwood.
Sam Burgess and Sean O'Loughlin, who missed the World Cup due to injury, return to the international fold.
Martin Gleeson, Paul Wellens, Leon Pryce, Rob Burrow, Mark Calderwood, Rob Purdham, Mickey Higham and Jon Wilkin have all been ommitted.
Smith added: "This game will also be about looking at a number of new faces to see how they perform on the international stage with one eye on this autumn's Four Nations."
