A miserable week for the English players was confirmed by the All Blacks as they cruised to victory and a 2-0 Test series win.
Rob Andrew had axed most of the back line following defeat in Auckland last Saturday but it failed to improve the World Cup finalists as they trailed 20-0 at half time following tries from Richard Kahui and Dan Carter, who added two conversations and two penalties as the All Blacks dominated the first half.
Despite New Zealand losing their captain Richard McCaw after 27 minutes England failed to make an impact until Danny Care crossed the line after a quick penalty tap in the second half.
The tourists should have been on the board right at the start of the half but Olly Barkley, on for the injured Toby Flood, missed a simple penalty from right under the posts.
In a game full of mistakes from England it wasn't long before New Zealand had crossed the try line again with Ma'a Nonu capitalising on some nice work from Carter and Sivivatu.
The home side managed to extend their lead even further on the hour mark after Sione Lauaki crossed over from a five metre scrum.
Tom Varndall did managed to get a consolation try for England when he drove over the line following a rare bit of English attacking play but New Zealand ended the game as they had begun it on the front foot and got a try right on the hooter when replacement Jimmy Cowan went over.
