The British and Irish Lions have made a total of eight changes for the third and final Test against South Africa on Saturday.
Riki Flutey and Joe Worsley will both start in Johannesburg as injuries have forced the Lions to make a host of alterations for Saturday's clash.
Jamie Roberts and Brian O'Driscoll have both been ruled out, so Flutey will partner Tommy Bowe, who moves in from the wing, at centre.
Worsley and Martyn Williams will play in a new-look back row while Ugo Monye and Shane Williams have been selected out wide and Andrew Sheridan and Phil Vickery are named in the front row.
Head coach Ian McGeechan admitted injuries had taken their toll on the squad in the first two games but he backed the replacements to come in and do a good job.
"It is fair to say injuries have had an impact on the tour as you would expect including selection for the third Test," he said.
"However, the players coming into the starting XV are all talented international players and are as keen as ever to turn the tables on the Springboks."
Lions: Kearney; Monye, Bowe, Flutey, S Williams; S Jones, Phillips; Sheridan, Rees, Vickery, Shaw, O'Connell, Worsley, M Williams, Heaslip.
Replacements: Ford, Hayes, Alun-Wyn Jones, Wallace, Croft, Ellis, Hook.
