Northampton will fly the English flag alone in the Heineken Cup knock-out phase when they face Munster in the quarter-finals.
The Saints were the only English team to make it through to the last eight when the draw was made at the weekend and they will travel to face the Irish on the weekend of April 9-11.
The two teams were in the same Pool during the league phase of the competition and split the results with the Irish side triumphing last Friday night and Northampton downing Munster back in October.
This season's European campaign has been the worst since English teams entered the competition 14 years ago, while four French sides feature in the quarters.
Biarritz host Ospreys, although Leicester are appealing against their defeat to the Welsh side, who fielded 16 players at one stage in the match.
Toulouse beat Sale on Sunday to set up a last-eight meeting with fellow French outfit Stade Francais, who topped their group despite a less-than-convincing European campaign.
The remaining quarter-final sees defending champions Leinster host Pool Three winners Clermont Auvergne.
