Lazio president Claudio Lotito has dismissed reports the club are set to sell Hernanes to Paris Sant-Germain.
The 28-year-old has been the Biancocelesti's best midfielder since joining from Sao Paolo in 2010 and his form hasn't gone unnoticed, with it now being rumoured that he is set to join the Parisians.
However, Lotito has now denied that the clubs are on the verge of a deal, though he failed to clarify whether the teams had been in talks over the playmaker.
"A deal to sell Hernanes to PSG? That is completely false," he told La Repubblica.
Hernanes was part of the Brazil squad that recently won the Confederations Cup and could be tempted to move to France as playing Champions League football would only help his chances of featuring for A Selecao in next summer's World Cup.
