Roma's rising star Marquinhos admits he is loving life in the capital and is in awe of team-mate and club legend Francesco Totti.
The 18-year-old joined Roma from Brazilian side Corinthians last summer and has enjoyed an excellent debut season with the Giallorossi.
His displays in the heart of the Roma defence have caught the eye of a number of top clubs, with the mighty Barcelona said to be interested.
But it appears that the talented youngster is content in his current surroundings and happy to be in the same team as one of the iconic figures of Italian football.
"Totti is an unattainable champion," he told Sky Sport Italia. "It does not take long to realise that he is a real phenomenon for the things that he can do.
"My Brazilian teammates and I are very close - they have helped me acclimatise here in Rome really easily."
