Allen also claims that ex-board colleagues Geoff Hulley and Keith Addy want a higher price for their shares.
He said: "I've accepted 20 pence, which I think is a fair price. I understand that they want 30 pence."
In an attack on many fronts Allen has also criticised fan group Wednesdayite for not sorting out what they want to do with their shares sooner.
The fan group, however, insist they could only put an offer to their members when it was officially made - that was less than three weeks ago.
Allen, who has never been one to shy from controversy, hit out at Wednesdayite saying: "I'm wondering if those involved really want anything to happen at all. It surprises me that people don't want to co-operate with someone (Geoff Sheard) who appears to have the wherewithal to take the club forward."
Adding: "Then again, I don't suppose I am surprised really. It's just typical. They don't know what they want."
This will surely anger the Wednesday faithful who have come to verbal blows with Allen on a number of occasions.
Sheard faces a difficult task in buying Wednesday, facing a four-way split before he can buy the club with only Allen showing his hand and excepting an offer.
