Norwich are reported to be lining up a swoop for Sheffield Wednesday winger Wade Small, who will be available on a free.

The 25-year-old is set to fall out of contract next week and is expected to leave Hillsborough as Wednesday have so far failed to agree a new deal with the player.

Canaries boss Bryan Gunn is keen to draft in a new winger after losing Lee Croft to Derby County and Small, who can play down either flank, would fit the bill perfectly.

Crystal Palace, Charlton and Leeds are also being linked with a move for the winger.
