Osvaldo completes switch

Pablo Osvaldo has completed his loan move to Italian giants Inter Milan from Southampton, according to reports in Italy.

Sky Italia has reported that the deal has finally been completed after weeks of negotiations between the player and the two clubs.

The Italy international failed to settle at St. Mary's last term after joining in the summer from Roma and was subsequently loaned out to Juventus for the second half the season.

Osvaldo will now be handed the chance to find his feet again in his adopted homeland with Inter holding an option to purchase the striker at the end of the campaign for a fee of €7million.

The 28-year-old successfully completed a medical yesterday with the San Siro outfit and has now put pen-to-paper on the season-long deal.

Inter midfielder Saphir Taider will move in the opposite direction as part of the deal.
