Southampton's trip to npower Championship rivals Middlesbrough will be screened live on television.
The game, on Saturday April 21, will now kick off at 5.20pm and be shown live on Sky from the Riverside Stadium.
Boro currently sit in fourth place in the table despite Sunday's 2-0 home defeat by Leeds.
Saints are three points clear at the top of the table, although second-placed West Ham have a game in hand.
Boro lost 3-0 at St Mary's Stadium on October 29 with a Guly double and David Connolly's late strike doing the damage.
