Rushden and Diamonds highly-rated winger Lee Tomlin has been the subject of interest of clubs in both England and Scotland.
Tomlin, 21, is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in non-league football after scoring 11 goals so-far this season for the conference club.
Tomlin came through the ranks at Leicester City and joined the Diamonds in 2005 and the midfielder has been on the radar of the big clubs for the last few years, having been given a trial by Liverpool in 2006.
Scottish Giants Celtic are also interested in the player and Watford, Southampton and Charlton are also said to be tracking the midfielder's progress.
Rushden are now resigned to losing the midfielder and say they will not stop Tomlin leaving if the right deal comes in.
