Boro complete striker signing

Stevenage have signed forward Adam Marriott from Cambridge City, the club have announced.

The 23-year old joins Boro for a five-figure sum after a prolific 2013/14 campaign when he scored 45 goals in all competitions. He also dominated the Southern Premier League club's end of season awards.

Speaking on his Twitter account, Marriott said: "Really pleased to have signed for Stevenage FC. Look forward to the coming season. Massive thank you to everyone Cambridge City FC, fantastic club with good people. Will miss you all."
