Ricardo Fuller will be in Stoke's squad at Wigan on Tuesday despite his arrest for an alleged nightclub assault on Sunday.
The 30-year-old Jamaican has been bailed pending further inquiries following an incident during the early hours of Sunday morning in which he was accused of assaulting a 21-year-old man in the bar area of JFK nightclub in Hanley.
Potters boss Tony Pulis has spoken to Fuller and backed the player, while revealing that he will be in the 18-man squad at the DW Stadium after training on Monday.
Pulis could be set to rotate his squad as they are involved in four games in ten days so Salif Diao and Glenn Whelan are likely to start in midfield ahead of Rory Delap and Liam Lawrence. Fuller might be dropped to the bench with Turkish striker Tuncay set to take his place in attack.
The Potters are also boosted by the news Andy Wilkinson can play, despite requiring seven stitches in a head wound sustained during the 3-0 victory over Blackburn on Saturday.
