Gunners keeper linked

Stoke are keen on Arsenal keeper Lukasz Fabianski as Mark Hughes targets a replacement for Asmir Begovic.

Fabianski has filled in on the odd occasion for Wojciech Szczesny this season, but he is keen to play more regular first-team football, and has yet to pen a new deal with the Gunners.

The 28-year-old could get that chance at the Britannia Stadium, if Begovic does move on to pastures new, with Arsenal among the clubs who are said to be keen.

However, Hughes will face strong competition from Celtic, Swiss side FC Basel, La Liga outfit Sevilla and German Bundesliga club Schalke should he make a move.
