Stoke are tracking Aaron Hunt once again after the player confirmed he is leaving Werder Bremen in the summer.

Potters boss Mark Hughes was heavily linked with Hunt in the January transfer window, but a deal failed to materialise and he ended up staying with the Bundesliga side.

However the German attacker, who has been with Werder Bremen since the age of 14, has decided the time will be right to move on when the season is over.

Tottenham have also been linked while there is interest from Besiktas, with some reports claiming the 27-year-old is leaning towards the Turkish club.
