Marc Muniesa says he is happy to bide his time in his pursuit of a first Premier League appearance for Stoke City.
The 21-year-old made the shock decision to join the Potters in the summer after being released by Barcelona but has so far struggled to make an impact.
The Spaniard started both of Stoke's Capital One Cup games this season but has yet to feature in the Premier League, with Erik Pieters preferred ahead of him at left-back.
Muniesa says he isn't kicking up a fuss in the hope of being included in Mark Hughes' squad and believes he will get the chance to impress in the top flight sooner rather than later.
"I played two games in the cup but in the league, at the moment, I don't have the opportunity but I'm quiet because I know the opportunities will arrive. I'm working to have this opportunity," he told Stoke City Player.
