Sunderland start the new Premier League season with a trip to West Brom on the weekend of August 16.

The first derby of the campaign takes place at St James' Park on December 20, with Newcastle making the reverse trip on April 4.

The Black Cats end the campaign with a trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea, where they won last season, on May 24.
