Swansea are still in the hunt to sign highly-rated FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli, according to the player's agent.
Daniel Evrard claims that Swansea have already made an offer for the player and although a deal has not happened just yet, he says there is still a chance his client could move to the Liberty Stadium.
Tottenham have also been heavily linked but unlike Swansea and Shakhtar Donetsk, they have yet to make a bid.
"We hear a lot about Tottenham, but the club will have to come up with a concrete offer first," he said. "So far only Swansea City and Shakhtar Donetsk have made offers and they are still options, even though Nacer initially decided not to go.
"We hope to have more clarity during this week."
Despite the agent's claims, Swansea are unlikely to make a move after splashing out £17million on the signings of Wilfried Bony and Jonjo Shelvey in the last week.
What cash Swans boss Michael Laudrup does have left will go on a new striker to provide competition for Bony, with Argentina ace Franco Di Santo high on his wanted list.
