Laudrup short of options for City

Last Updated: Tue, 31 Dec 2013 05:33

Michael Laudrup has no fresh injury worries but is short of options as Swansea prepare to take on Manchester City.

It is in attack where Laudrup's main problems lie as both star striker Michu and flying winger Nathan Dyer are on the sidelines with ankle injuries.

Roland Lamah will be hoping to keep his place after bagging the equaliser in the 1-1 draw at Aston Villa, but Alvaro Vazquez is waiting in the wings should Laudrup opt to make changes.

Michel Vorm and Garry Monk remain out with knee injuries but midfielder Leon Britton returned from a broken toe to take his place on the bench at Villa and could start against City.
