Midfielder Andrea Orlandi says he has worked hard on his fitness this summer and is looking to prove his worth for Swansea next term.
The 23-year-old found it difficult to do himself justice in League One last season due to a knee problem, but he is fit and raring to go now as the Swans prepare for life in the Championship.
"After a disappointing season last year, I'm more determined to do well for myself and Swansea in the Championship," he said.
"I don't think the Swans fans saw the best of me last season and I'm determined to put that right.
"I'm training hard every day and improving my fitness every day. This is my best ever pre-season."
