Swansea are being linked with a move to re-sign Josh McEachran after watching the Chelsea midfielder in action for Watford.
The 20-year-old had a spell on loan at the Liberty Stadium when Brendan Rodgers was manager but did not make much of an impact when appearing in the first team on just four occasions.
However it would appear that McEachran has matured and Michael Laudrup is keeping tabs on him.
McEachran is being deployed in a deeper role by Watford boss Gianfranco Zola and, despite his lightweight frame, is breaking up opponents' attacks effectively.
He is on loan at Vicarage Road until January when the Championship club hope to persuade Chelsea to let him remain until the end of the season, but Swansea could nip in and make a bid.
There is rival interest though as a host of Premier League clubs were in attendance at the weekend and McEachran was the target.
