Torquay have extended Anthony O'Connor's loan deal from Blackburn.

The 21-year-old defender has impressed in his nine appearances since arriving at Plainmoor in early October and he will now stay with the Gulls until the end of December.

Defeat to Alan Knill's former club Scunthorpe on Saturday left Torquay rock-bottom of the Football League.
