Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is reportedly lining up a summer move for Osasuna keeper Andres Fernandez.
Spurs are in the market for a new goalkeeper after allowing Heurelho Gomes to join German club Hoffenheim on loan, with the Brazilian expected to secure a permanent exit in the summer.
Veteran Brad Friedel is also expected to leave the club at the end of the season and Villas-Boas is believed to have targeted Fernandez to provide competition for Hugo Lloris.
Fernandez had been tipped to join Real Madrid but a move failed to materialise and Real boss Jose Mourinho is thought to have ended his interest in the Spaniard.
Spurs are now considered the front-runners to secure his signature and a bid of around £7million should be enough to convince Osasuna to sell, with Fernandez out of contract in the summer of 2014.
Manchester City and Barcelona have also been linked with Fernandez but it remains to be seen if either side will firm up their interest with a bid in the summer.
