Tottenham star Gareth Bale believes Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona are the part of the top three biggest clubs in Europe.

The Welsh international has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane this summer, having emerged as one of the top players in the Premier League.

Bale has been impressed with how French outfit PSG have grown in recent seasons but the Welshman believes Real, along with Barca and Bayern Munich make up the top teams in Europe.

He told Telefoot: "PSG are a great team.

"They have signed great players. They're a team to follow, a bit like Manchester City. [But] they are still not at the level of great clubs. Not like Bayern [Munich], Real [Madrid] or Barcelona."
