Croatia coach Slaven Bilic and Juventus boss Antonio Conte have joined the queue of potential replacements for Harry Redknapp.
The post may or may not become available depending on whether Redknapp is given the England job but if, as expected, he is then there will be no shortage of takers.
The Croatia coach was at White Hart Lane on Sunday to run the rule over Luka Modric ahead of the European Championship finals in Poland and Ukraine this summer but confirmed he would like to be considered for the post if it became available.
When asked, he said: "I would be very interested in being the Tottenham manager, they are a major club with a bright future.
"But [Spurs chairman] Daniel Levy needs to be convinced I am the man for the job."
Juventus coach Conte is also thought to be one of the favourites for the post as the 42-year-old former Italy international midfielder has guided the Old Lady on a 30-match unbeaten run in Serie A which has brought him to the attention of interested parties.
