Injury boost for Spurs

Last Updated: Wed, 11 Dec 2013 13:36

Spurs have received a double boost on the injury front with the news that Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose have returned to training.

The pai joined in training with the first team squad on Wednesday, although Thursday's Europa League clash with Anzhi Makhachkala at White Hart Lane may come too soon for the duo.

Eriksen has been out of the side with an ankle injury he picked up whilst on international duty last month, while Rose has not been seen since September with a foot injury but both are now on the comeback trail which is a welcome boost for boss Andre Villas-Boas.
