Tottenham record-signing Erik Lamela is said to be in talks about a possible move to Italy this month with Inter Milan said to be keen.
Reports in the Italian press claim the Argentine international's agent was in Italy over the weekend discussing a move for the player, with Inter reported to be at the front of the queue.
The 21-year-old joined Spurs from Roma for a club record £30million last summer but has failed to make much of an impression, with just one goal in 17 appearances, and definitely has not lived up to his billing as the man to replace Gareth Bale.
With a World Cup looming Lamela wants to be playing on a regular basis to ensure he is in Argentina's plans for Brazil and this has led to increased speculation that he will be moving soon.
