Brazilian star Paulinho has said he will have no regrets after joining Tottenham from Corinthians in a £17million deal.
Paulinho was in fine form in the Confederations Cup as he helped Brazil to victory including a solid performance in the 3-0 win over Spain in the final on Sunday.
The 24-year-old confirmed his move on Tuesday and he will be looking to help Spurs back into the Champions League after they missed out on the top four last season.
Paulinho confirmed he was also being tracked by Inter Milan but he insists he made the right choice in order to develop himself as a player.
Andre Villas-Boas is still preparing his squad for the first game of the season when they face Crystal Palace and Paulinho is confident he can perform and help the club.
He said: "We think it was the best path, the best option. I am moving from one big club to Tottenham, another club in a big league. I am sure I will perform my job to the best of my ability. I don't regret and I won't regret [this decision].
