Reports in Italy claim Spurs are the latest club to be linked with a move for Inter Milan's Dutch ace Wesley Sneijder.
The 28-year-old has had a troubled season at Inter where he missed two months through injury and then was left out of the side after falling out over a new contract at the club.
Sneijder is thought to be available next month after refusing to sign a new contract on reduced terms at the San Siro and Spurs have joined Paris Saint Germain in the race to sign him.
Manchester United were also linked with the 28-year-old playmaker but they appear to have cooled their interest.
