Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is considering making an offer for Ecuadorian Christian Ramirez when he turns 18 this year.
The left -back is very highly rated and stood out in the Under 17 World Cup, since then Spurs have been putting the pieces together to push the transfer through in August when he turns 18.
Players are not allowed to leave South America for Europe before they have turned 18 so he is due to complete a deal then, he has been to London to sort out terms and will join from Independiente Jose Teran.
