Tottenham boss Andre Villas Boas is on the trail of Belgium international winger Nacer Chadli, who is currently playing for FC Twente.
The 23-year-old, rated at £9m, has been capped nine times for his country and is wanted by clubs across Europe with Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers also said to be very keen.
His agent Daniel Evrard has claimed they want European football, with Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and Shakhtar Donetsk all linked, but would consider a move to England,
"Nacer wants to play in the Champions League, but he is also attracted by English football. We expect something from this angle," Evrard told De Telegraaf.
