Blackburn are ready to battle it out with Tottenham for the services of Fiorentina defender Tomas Ujfalusi.
Ujfalusi is due to fall out of contract next summer and the player's agent Dalibor Lacina has confirmed already that eight clubs are showing an interest in his client.
Lacina has confirmed that the player will not be leaving Fiorentina in the January transfer window and clubs will have to wait until next summer, while he has not ruled out the possibility of him staying with La Viola.
Rovers and Spurs are known to be in the hunt while Sevilla, Zenit St Petersburg, AC Milan, Juventus, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich are also keen.
"At this moment we are registering approximately eight specific offers from top clubs. The reality is though that Tomas Ujfalusi will fulfil his contract at Fiorentina," Lacina said.
"The offers of course are there but we will start discussions when Ujfalusi's contract expires. And it is not a certain if Tomas will leave Fiorentina at all."
