Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is on the lookout for cover at right-back and has enquired about Feyenoord's Daryl Janmaat.

The new Spurs boss is after competition across the board at White Hart Lane and a new right-back is wanted to put pressure on Kyle Walker who is the current number one choice.

As ever, he is not alone in looking at the player and reports in Holland claim that as well as Spurs, Manchester United and Napoli are also interested in the 24-year-old who would command a fee of around £6m.

Walker, meanwhile, continues his rehabilitation from a pelvic injury which cost him his place in England's World Cup squad.
