Jervis returns to Blues after loan

Jake Jervis has returned to Birmingham following the completion of his loan spell at npower League One leaders Tranmere.

During his time at Prenton Park, Jervis, 21, made five appearances and his only goal came on his debut in a 3-1 defeat against Bournemouth.

The player's displays were curtailed by an ankle injury, which sidelined him for almost two weeks.
